How much does architectural CGI cost?
Straight answer, with the ranges — and the handful of things that actually move the number up or down.

The honest answer is that it depends, but not on anything mysterious. A single planning render typically runs £350–£600. A full planning package — several coordinated views for an application — is usually £1,500–£4,000. A marketing launch package with hero exteriors, interiors and lifestyle imagery sits around £3,000–£8,000. Verified views are priced per viewpoint, from about £900. Interactive walkthroughs start around £3,000.
We publish these bands openly on our pricing page, because a price you can see saves everyone a wasted phone call.
What moves the number
- How many genuinely different buildings there are. Repeated identical units are nearly free; distinct typologies are not.
- The quality of the CAD or BIM data. A clean model speeds everything up; PDF-only or conflicting drawings mean modelling from scratch.
- Interiors versus exteriors. Furniture, dressing and interior lighting take longer than most people expect.
- Landscaping. Mature planting, level changes and public realm are all real modelling work.
- Output resolution, for hoarding or large-format print.
- The number of revision rounds included.
- The deadline. A compressed schedule means clearing other work, and is priced accordingly.
Why we price the outcome
We quote a package attached to a result — an application supported, a launch equipped — rather than a price per image. It keeps the conversation on what the imagery needs to achieve, and it means you can see the cost of changing the scope before you change it, rather than after.
